libemail-address-list-perl software package provides RFC close address list parsing, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libemail-address-list-perl
libemail-address-list-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libemail-address-list-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libemail-address-list-perl *
